What you'll do as an optician for EyeDeal Optical:

• Effectively resolve customer questions through professional knowledge, in a considerate and timely manner.
• Take ownership of customers' issues from beginning to end.
• Compose thoughtful, personalized eyewear features, and frame styles for every individual need.
• Triage incoming requests, create appointments, and follow-up.
• Identify possible issues, and explain during client consultation. 

About you:

• You care deeply, genuinely, and passionately about clients, solving problems for our clients, and the role of an optician.
• You understand the optical field, and how optics work, and you're not intimidated by new technology.
• You know when you're in over your head and are not afraid to ask for support.
• You exhibit a highly skilled level of knowledge while explaining technical information regarding opticianry.
• You are a naturally empathetic and articulated communicator.
• You have experience as an optician, and are Certified by the American Board of Opticianry, National Contact Lens Examiners, and where applicable are licensed by State Health Boards of opticianry.
